Briquette’s Manufacturing Materials
Mixed materials and functions:
- Coal, the core material of coal briquette. The higher calories of coal could make the higher temperature and longer duration of coal briquette. The ideal calories of coal for manufacturing coal briquettes is above 6000 Cal.
- Biomass, to accelerate and simplify burning process. Example, sawdust, coconut fiber, and cane waste. The more content of biomass can make the briquette become more easily burned and reach the maximum heat.
- Clay, to harden and being adhesive substance. Good clay can affect the adhesive, hardness and dryness of coal briquette.
- Tapioca powder, as a core adhesive substance.
- Lime stone, substance to take up toxics and reduce smells of sulfur.
